Daniel Sherer
Sr. Software Engineer

My initial training was through the United States Air Force (USAF) where I learned formal procedures for designing and maintaining very large software projects. After my six-year enlistment, I worked in manufacturing, accounting and legal software fields and advanced as a UNIX System Administrator (Sysadmin) and software engineer. The Air Force not only provided me with the best training in computers, they also taught me leadership, responsibility and the ability to finish a task.

Now, I work as a consultant.

I live in Thousand Oaks, CA which is in the Conejo Valley (part of the 101 Tech Corridor). I am available for consulting in the local area, via telecommuting, and across the country.
