TRIM BUSHES AND CREATE LAWN SCULPTURE
DISCARDED STICKS BECOME FRAME FOR IVY

The first step was to set 3 long branches into the ground
and fasten them together at the top to form a cone shape.
Ivy was planted on perimeter and attached to temporary
strings and small connecting branches in 2003

More cuttings were woven into the cone shape in 2004 for climbing ivy.

The conical structure is developing into a unique sculpture among lofty conifers.

Nancy is known to go to great heights
to acquire cuttings for backyard sculptures.
